3. Practical Training: The Origin-Bangmod Valley will serve as a space for KMUTT students to engage in hands-on projects with the Origin team, providing opportunities for internships within the Origin group.
4. Application Development: Enhancing applications such as Origin Connect and Primo Plus to better meet the living needs of residents, particularly in relation to Home Automation systems.

“In today’s world, every business and industry, including real estate, faces new challenges and continuous changes. We recognize that equipping our current personnel with additional management skills and knowledge, providing opportunities for the younger generation to showcase their ideas, and developing new innovations are crucial in adapting to global changes. We believe that collaboration between the business sector, educational institutions, and Gen Z students will be key to making this happen, and we are delighted to partner with KMUTT, an institution that shares this vision,” said Mr. Pirapong.

The company aims for this collaboration to play a significant role in transforming the real estate business, fostering new innovations, and achieving sustainable growth for the Origin group.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suwit Saetia, President of King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), stated that KMUTT is an organization that is responsive to ongoing changes in society, economy, and technology. KMUTT is an educational institution that produces academic work in research, graduate production, consulting, and participation in economic and social development. This academic collaboration between Origin Property Public Company Limited and KMUTT connects university knowledge to the development of the real estate industry, which has great potential and continuous growth, leading to advancements in real estate for sustainable development through integrated work with various departments at KMUTT, such as the Center for Organizational Strategy and Competitiveness, the Research and Scientific Services Office, the Civil Engineering Department, and the Electrical Engineering Department. The university is ready to promote the Origin-Bangmod Valley, which will provide a space equipped with resources to support new ideas, under the collaboration between KMUTT and Origin to advance the development of new businesses in Thailand.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Watcharapoj Sapsoongbun, Director of the Center for Organizational Strategy and Competitiveness (STECO) at KMUTT, noted that the current business environment faces challenges from various rapidly changing factors, including technological advancements that facilitate access to information. This necessitates the application of strategic and innovative management knowledge to drive business operations. To prepare for these changes, the Origin-Bangmod Valley project is a collaboration between Origin Property Public Company Limited and KMUTT to develop an innovation hub, where the university will act as a mentor to facilitate business operations through the transfer of specialized management knowledge to the real estate sector, focusing on bridging theory and practice, providing consulting to enhance competitive capabilities by increasing efficiency, reducing costs, solving problems, or effectively scaling businesses, ensuring stable and sustainable operations.
